You might want to attend this workshop if you are experiencing a bereavement or you are troubled by experiences of loss.
In the workshop we will talk about the process of grieving and the ways in which it affects us all at some point in our lives.
We will also address some of the difficulties encountered during a grief experience.
If your bereavement has been very recent it might be too soon to attend a group event – if you are unsure, please contact the service to discuss this.
