Calm Space
Calm space will be returning in the New Year. A drop in session on teams which is free and open to all staff of the University and Colleges.
Starting on Thursday the 18th of January at 1pm. Join us for an online session of calming relaxation exercises, mindfulness practice and reflective work.
In the meantime please find below some resources that might support you over the coming weeks.
Making space for some relaxation and mindful practice help reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Just a few minutes twice a day of changing our breathing patterns can affect positive change.
