Join us for an online 30 minute session of calming relaxation exercises, mindfulness practice and reflective work. All staff of the University and Colleges welcome.

Making space for some relaxation and mindful practice help reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Just a few minutes twice a day of changing our breathing patterns can affect positive change.
