A drop in session on Teams which is free and open to all staff of the University and Colleges.
Thursdays at 1pm starting on 18th January
Join us for an online 30 minute session of calming relaxation exercises, mindfulness practice and reflective work

Sessions will be facilitated by Sarah Hughes, Caroline McSharry and Susan Wilson
