This session is for anyone who has had an experience of loss and for those supporting someone through grief.
Come and join a conversation on themes such as different experiences of loss, stages of grief, how to talk to someone who is grieving and what helps when it comes to support.
If your loss has occurred recently, you might want to get in touch with the service to discuss your needs.
