Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

last modified May 10, 2021 03:06 PM
Mental Health Week runs from the 10th-16th May. This year, the theme is “Nature and the Environment”.

During the Covid-19  pandemic, many of us have either learned or been reminded of the restorative impact of connecting with the natural world. Even a short spell outside at lunchtime is beneficial.
