COVID-19: Self Care

This is a time especially to look after our physical health to support our mental health.

Try to remember to:

 

  • Eat as healthily as possible

  • Rest

  • Exercise,  and if possible, outside

  • Limit alcohol consumption

  • Stay in contact with others – use digital resources to stay in touch

  • Think about only checking in with news stories once a day and not last thing at night

  • Try Mindfulness – plenty of online resources
